Click your avatar in the top right and choose Account and billing. The page is the same whichever website is selected: it is about the account, not a site.

Your plan

The top of the page names the plan and says what state it is in: when it renews, or that a payment failed, or that it has been canceled and when access ends. Under that are two meters.

  • Websites shows how many the account holds against the plan's limit. The only thing the plans differ in is this number.
  • Data credits this month shows what the account has spent on ranking checks, backlink refreshes and the AI assistant against the plan's monthly allowance. It resets on the 1st of every month.

If the account is unmetered, both meters say so and nothing on the page needs attention.

Changing plan

Change plan goes to the pricing page, where your current plan is marked and the others can be chosen. Choosing one opens the payment form; the plan changes the moment the payment goes through, and the page updates on its own.

Only the account's owner can change the plan. Anyone else with access sees the plan but not the buttons, with a line saying who to ask.

Manage billing

Manage billing opens the billing portal in a new tab. That is where you update the card, download invoices and receipts, pause the subscription, resume it, or cancel it. The portal is run by our payment provider, which is also the merchant of record on your receipts, so the invoices there are the ones to keep for your accounts.

Cancelling does not end access at once: the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Every charge is refundable for the first 14 days, no reason needed, as the Refund Policy sets out.

The button appears once the account has made its first payment. Before that there is no billing account to manage.

Who can use this account

The last section lists everyone with access and lets the owner add or remove people. Everyone added gets full access to every website in the account. RankGrep does not send an invitation email: access starts the moment the address is added, and the person gets in by signing in with Google as that exact address. Copy invite gives you a short message to send them yourself.

The owner cannot be removed. Anyone else can remove themselves with Leave.

Your profile

Your name and email address come from the Google account you sign in with, so they are shown rather than edited. Appearance switches the app between light, dark, and following your system. Sign out ends the session on this device.

Billing questions

Ask about billing opens support with the topic already set, next to the plan it is about. See Getting help for how replies arrive.
